If someone breaks a break handle on an R800 is that abuse or warranty

This device was built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. This Lifetime Limited Warranty is an expression of our confidence in the materials and workmanship of our products and our assurance to the consumer of years of dependable service. In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the device. This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement. Is there a way to keep the rollator in a standing, folded position for storage?. It only seems to stay folded when horizontally lying flat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Opened Up My World Again I have severe osteoarthritis in both hips and knees so standing and walking are extremely difficult for me, even with a cane or standard walker. This wonderful lightweight rollator has enabled me to move about with more ease and confidence at home and even in stores, striding rather than shuffling! Assembles in seconds, folds flat to fit in the back seat and the padded seat is comfortable for extended sitting at my volunteer post. Most of my mobility and safety products are by Drive (standard and folding canes, suction grab bars, stand-alone toilet rails) so I knew I was buying a quality product with this rollator and have not been disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Needs redesign This walker is ok if you live in a city but sucks if you are in a rural area with no pavement, gets stuck in 1/2 inch of sand and stops in any kind of gravel. No an option for getting out of your house to get into a vehicle unless you have pavement but gets caught in cracks in the pavement too and the wheels up front bend or break in this conditions

If you will read some of the "Questions" that buyers have submitted regarding their walkers, you will notice that nearly ALL of them are answered by directing you to someone else.. Why not just eliminate this and have links on home page where customers can find the help they need (quicker)?

This came in a box and was extremely easy to assemble. It is much sturdier than her previous rollator, (bought in 2011 and used all the time). WE are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone who needs one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from my helper I'm really thankful for drive medical. My rollator keeps me mobile. I checked other brands . I wanted a light weight rollator that I could put in and take out of the car with out hurting myself. I have arthritis, and a bad back. I have to make sure I have a chair to sit on and something to hold onto or I would not be able to shop in the Malls or farmer markets. I put my groceries on the seat and hook the bags on the handles (not the brake handle) to roll them inside the house. I use my rollator to bring in the dog and cat food. My son who is 29 uses it to bring in Items also when his asthma is acting up. I even watch television sitting on my rollator I can roll it closer to the television. I live in the desert and there are rocks here but my rollator is light weight! I can easily lift or move it from a big rock. of course any mobility unit is going to have problems with rocks even those that cost hundreds of more dollars. MY mom has a red one, Mine is blue. I just ordered another one from amazon in blue to keep in the van with the earthquake supplies. My honda crv is the car i do my shopping with I can put it on the back seat or in the back over the tire compartment. I have taken two rollators with me, With the seats down I could fit three in the car. I also have the cup holders and the light that attaches to the rollators. I have taken mine to the movies.......I could go on and on! ENJOY YOUR ROLLATOR! I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, ENJOY MINE! Thank You Drive Medical Mobility Sincerely, Deborah

I/we live in a senior center and "arthur" and I have an uncomfortable relationship.I like the design with the baggie underneath the seat and the weight is wonderful for me to pick up and put it in the trunk of the car - along with my husband's device. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor customer support.. no parts in UK! A friends walker brake cable snapped and it has been very problematic to source a replacement. The US company referred me to a UK supplier who didn't answer me contacting them until I had made 6 calls and emailed them. No one does parts in the UK which I believe should be pointed out by suppliers. Very poor response at every attempt to sort out this problem
