We are currently hiring warehouse associates for opportunities in our South Brunswick, New Jersey location. Qualified candidates will have at least 6 months to a year of recent experience in working in a warehouse environment. We have many positions and shifts available.

GENERAL WAREHOUSE SHIFTS/HOURS:

  • 1st Shift: Mon-Fri: 7:00am-3:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri: 3:30pm-12:00am
  • 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs: 10:30pm-7:00am
  • Sat-Sun Shift- 7:00am-7:00pm

 

GENERAL WAREHOUSE POSITIONS:

Biller/Auditor:

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

Process outgoing package shipments including (but not limited to) UPS, Fed EX, LTL Carriers using SAP and all necessary software.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately processing and shipping outgoing orders.
  • Order packing, item repacking, receiving assistant, general maintenance and cleaning, any and all normal warehouse functions
  • Develop an attitude and participate in an environment of continuous improvement
  • Accurately audit orders in a timely manner
  • Use RF Scanner to scan products
  • Verify orders are complete prior to shipping
  • Wrap pallets to get them ready for shipment
  • Stack product according to appropriate method
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Order Picker:

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

Responsibilities for pulling customer orders to the delivery platform in a way that meets Company standards for safety, security and output. Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all orders filled.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that a quality check is performed on all order papers.
  • Address any misprints, false quantities and closed carton orders.
  • Check merchandise in the storage area by verifying lot and item numbers.
  • Pull orders according to the RF scanner and recheck them to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect items for quality and quantity and any evidence of dust, paint or dents.
  • Ensure that any products not up to the quality mark are reported to the floor supervisor.
  • Transport pulled items from storage area to shipment pallet by using forklifts & other moving equipment.
  • Wrap or box items according to instructions provided.
  • Pull off any old or not needed stickers from boxes & make sure that they are discarded properly
  • Develop an attitude and participate in an environment of continuous improvement
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills:

• Read and speak English

• HS Diploma or equivalent

• Basic Math Skills

• Able to follow written & verbal direction

• SAP or Warehouse Management System experience

• Basic Computer skills in MS Office Suite, notably Outlook, Word & Excel & Powerpoint

• UPS/ Fed-Ex processing/billing type of experience
