Description

Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls and preparing documents
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies (including ordering and distributing), as well as monitoring the use of supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of locations POs.
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Develop an attitude and participate in an environment of continuous improvement

  • Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area

  • Other duties including project work may be assigned
  • Creates, maintains, and posts metrics with various departments
  • Managing location’s purchasing process: including completing transactions in SAP
  • Maintains professional communications with vendors

Requirements

Knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not required

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
