Description

Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our Long-Term Care division. This right will manage and grow Sales with Long Term Care Customers in assigned Territories. 

Our customers include Long Term Care distributors managing both purchasing and Sales relationships, end users, Long Term Care Customers pulling through demand and working with LTC distributors who sell and rent to the LTC market. This role will cover Texas, Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi.

Job Description:  

  • Calling on new Long-Term Care Customers and driving incremental sales
  • Communicate sales opportunities in the Long-Term Care market to Management through use of Saleforce.com
  • Report new product opportunities or business trends within the Long-Term Care market
  • Manage current book of Long Term Care business and increase sales within our current customer base
  • Manage administrative tasks such as updating Salesforce.com, sample accounts, expense reports etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

  • BS degree 
  • 3-5 years of Long Term Care sales experience
  • Accountable, self-motivated and coachable
  • Experience working from a Challenger position within a motivated growth organization
  • Account management experience with developing short and Long-Term business plan
  • Multi-level sales experience and account management responsibilities
  • Managed multi-state territory with a minimum of 60% air travel requirement
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
  • Proficient with working with software programs like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
