 This role is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner to all customers, and/or employees.



  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Direct customers and general public to the appropriate staff member
  • Prepare and receive all incoming and outgoing FedEx/UPS packaging, as well as distributing to appropriate staff member
  • Maintain calendar for conference room(s) scheduling
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies (including ordering and distributing), as well as monitoring the use of supplies
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible, while always remembering proper phone etiquette
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
  • Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the general public

Required experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

This is a temporary full time position.
