Strategic Account Supply Management Analyst

The Strategic Supply Management Analyst supports the Senior Manager, Strategic Account Supply Management and has a direct impact on the customer, sales, customer service, and supply chain teams. Their main function is to help provide outstanding service and optimize inventory fill rate and availability.  The role includes building and refining fulfillment analysis as well as creating, executing and managing strategic inventory transfers to ensure proper inventory levels in each Drive location. This position will also provide robust and efficient support of information flows among the Drive teams and back to the customer.


  • Maximize strategic customer line fill rate through analysis, coordination, and execution among the sales, planning, customer service, and operational teams
  • Work with operations teams to have product transferred to ideal stocking location to ensure the highest possible fill rate and inventory availability
  • Identify gaps in supply and coordinate with the demand and buying teams to proactively prevent out of stocks whenever possible
  • Support changes to Supply Chain processes and systems to improve productivity, reduce expenses and increase customer satisfaction with respect to strategic customers
  • Works cross-functionally to enable efficient flow of product through the supply chain
  • Assist in the development of performance metrics to accurately and effectively measure network performance related to strategic customer performance and benchmarking against previous internal performance as well as outside world class organizations
  • Collaborates with all departments to successfully implement continuous improvement activities
  • Recommends changes and facilitates solutions for improvement to the company’s ability to maintain and improve customer experience
  • Other duties may be assigned.



Perform office activities in a lighted and ventilated area; may be subject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust. Will be exposed to uncontrolled environmental conditions during driving.   • Experience of supply chain discipline, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory control, quality management, logistics, distribution and planning
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • SAP knowledge a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Access, Word, Visio, Power Point)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain, or other 4 year degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of progressive supply chain and/or customer service experience in a global manufacturing or distribution environment with proven track record
