  • Chief Executive Officer

    Harvey P. Diamond Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Diamond is a principal founder of the Company, and has been in the medical products industry for approximately 35 years. In 1977, Mr. Diamond became a principal stockholder of Endicott Rental and Sales Company ("Endicott"), the largest independent home health care and rehabilitation dealer in the metropolitan New York area. Mr. Diamond facilitated the sale of Endicott in 1982 to Abbey Medical, a division of American Hospital Supply. Following such time, Mr. Diamond served as a principal stockholder and in a variety of executive capacities with several major healthcare companies in the United States. In 1987, Mr. Diamond formed Diamond Medical and National Health Care and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of each company until such companies were sold in 1992 to a publicly traded healthcare company. Following the sale, Mr. Diamond became the President of the publicly traded healthcare company and served as a member of the Board of Directors for a period of time. After such time, Mr. Diamond was involved in a variety of private ventures and investments with Charles Oakley, the former NBA basketball player.

    Jeffrey Schwartz Executive Vice President, Sales

    Mr. Schwartz is a principal founder of the Company. He served as the Vice President of Sales of Diamond Medical and National Healthcare from 1987 until 1992. Following the sale to a publicly traded healthcare company, Mr. Schwartz served as the Vice President of Sales of such public company until 1996. In 1996, Mr. Schwartz formed Jofra Enterprises, Inc., a distributor of medical products, located in Mt. Vernon, New York, which was subsequently acquired by a publicly traded healthcare company in 1998. Mr. Schwartz served as the Executive Vice President of Sales of the publicly traded healthcare company from 1998 through 2000.

    Douglas Francis Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations EMEA

    Mr. Francis is a principal founder of the company. From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Francis served as the General Manager and Vice President of Sales of Edge Park Surgical, a privately held medical products company located in Ohio, with revenues of approximately $25 million. From 1995 through 1999, Mr. Francis served as the Vice President of Home Healthcare Sales for Graham Field. At Graham Field, Mr. Francis directed the sales and marketing efforts of the Home Healthcare Sales Division, which generated annual revenues of approximately $180 million.

  • Amy O'Keefe

    Amy O'Keefe Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

    Ms. O’Keefe joined Drive Medical in 2017 and brings to the Company 25 years of global financial experience in Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and Legal departments. She was previously CFO of Savant Systems, a KKR portfolio company that designs and develops automation systems used in luxury homes. Ms. O’Keefe was also CFO at D&M Holdings, a $1 billion global company that designs and manufactures premium consumer and professional audio products. Previously, she spent 14 years at the Black & Decker Corporation in a variety of executive financial positions, and was appointed an officer of the corporation during her tenure as CFO of the Worldwide Power Tools and Accessories Division, a $4 billion manufacturer of consumer and industrial power tools under the DeWalt, Black & Decker, Porter Cable and Delta brands. Ms. O’Keefe began her career at Ernst & Young and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant.

    John Simpkins Chief Human Resources Officer

    Mr. Simpkins joined Drive in 2016 as Vice President of Human Resources and has since been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Mr. Simpkins is responsible for the global strategic vision and execution of all human capital matters. Mr. Simpkins brings to Drive 15 years of experience in multiple executive Human Resource disciplines. Most recently, Mr. Simpkins served as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition and Operations with Henry Schein, Inc., a publicly-traded Fortune 500 Company and the world’s largest distributor of healthcare products. Prior to that role Mr. Simpkins led Schein’s Human Resources Employee Relations and Diversity function, where he designed and delivered leadership development programs, engagement programs, human resources compliance and affirmative action plans. Mr. Simpkins is a graduate of St. John’s University.

    William Cerniglia Chief Information Officer

    Mr. Cerniglia joined Drive Medical in June 2006. He has twenty years of information technology experience with a focus on systems implementation and leveraging technology to achieve business transformation. Previously, Mr. Cerniglia worked for Win-Holt equipment group, a global manufacturing and distribution company, where he spent eight years implementing ERP systems and deploying LEAN methodologies for manufacturing and distribution processes.

  • Derek Lampert

    Derek Lampert Senior Vice President & Chief Sales Officer for North America

    A graduate from The Ohio State University and previously working for Golden Technologies, Mr. Lampert joined Drive Medical in 2003 as a Territory Manager for Ohio, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. With a highly successful territory, Mr. Lampert earned the 2005 All Star Award and the 2005 MVP Award before becoming the Midwest Regional Vice President in 2006. With the success of the Midwest region, Mr. Lampert has earned the 2006 Coach of the Year Award and the 2009 MVP Award along with the 2010 & 2011 RVP of the year award. In 2012 he was promoted to Vice President of Sales for Drive's Homecare division.

    Mark LaVacca Chief Distribution Officer

    Mr. LaVacca joined the Company in October 2006, and is primarily responsible for the Company's U.S. distribution operations. Prior to such time, Mr. LaVacca was associated in an executive capacity with Penn Plax, Inc., a major distributor of pet supplies throughout the United States.

    Edward J. Link Chief Marketing Officer

    Mr. Link served as Vice President of Marketing of a publicly traded healthcare company from 1987 through April 2001, and was primarily responsible for strategic development, marketing development and product management. Mr. Link manages the Company's marketing department.

  • Joseph Massaro

    Joseph Massaro Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

    Mr. Massaro joined Drive in 2017 as Senior Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis and brings with him over 17 years of executive leadership at billion dollar global organizations. His wide ranging experiences include finance, operations, organizational design, business development and leadership. Prior to joining team Drive, he was most recently a CFO at Honeywell Inc., a $40 billion Fortune 100 global industrial company where he was responsible for the ADI North America business, a profitable $2 billion market leader of wholesale distribution for Security and Fire Products. Prior to Honeywell he spent 13 years at Henry Schein, Inc., a $10 billion Fortune 500 global leader of healthcare products where he held various positions with increasing responsibility leading to Director of Global Services Finance FP&A. He has also held roles of increasing responsibility at Xerox and Hydrogenics, a division of General Motors, both Fortune 100 companies. He currently is an adjunct professor of Statistical Applications in Health Care at the State University of New York Stony Brook in the Health Sciences Center. Joe holds advanced degrees in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s.

    Joseph M. GiacobbeSenior Vice President, Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions

    Mr. Giacobbe joined the Company in August 2016 and is primarily responsible for evaluating/structuring acquisitions, managing the integration process and maintaining oversight of the Company’s performance and financial goals. From 2010 through 2016, Mr. Giacobbe served as Managing Director and Group Co-Head at Royal Bank of Canada, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking and finance activities. From 1997 through 2010, Mr. Giacobbe served in various capacities as an investment banking professional with Banc of America Securities and Merrill Lynch. Prior to such time, Mr. Giacobbe served as an officer in the U.S. Navy aboard a nuclear-powered submarine.

  • Craig Zumbo

    Craig ZumboSenior Vice President, Finance & Global Controller

    Mr. Zumbo joined Drive Medical in March of 2008 as the company's Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Drive, Mr. Zumbo served as a senior audit manager at RSM McGladrey, a multi-national professional services company, with a specialization in manufacturers and distributors. More recently, Mr. Zumbo served as the vice president of Financial Reporting at Ambac, a multi-national financial insurance company, where his main responsibility was SEC reporting. Mr. Zumbo is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.

    Michael Serhan Executive Vice President, Product Development

    Mr. Serhan is an Executive principal to Drive Medical. He joined the company in 2004, with the Company's merger of Dr. K international, a West Coast manufacturer and distributor of durable medical products, where he served as President and Principal stock holder. At Dr.K, Mr. Serhan was able to redirect the company’s direction and grow annual revenues to approximately $14 million. In the industry from 1987, Mr. Serhan has served as West Coast division President of an approximately $180 Million publicly traded company. Mr. Serhan is primarily responsible for product development and product design, overseeing core product categories, and handling large national customers for Drive Medical.

  • Rich Kocinski

    Rich KocinskiExecutive Vice President, Manufacturing, North America

    Mr. Kocinski directs the operations of Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare’s respiratory manufacturing subsidiaries, and has been with the company since 2011. Mr. Kocinski was the CEO of Inspired Technologies, an oxygen-technology startup company from 2005 to 2010. From 1984 to 2005, Mr. Kocinski served in several executive positions at DeVilbiss Healthcare, including as President from 1998 until his departure in 2005.

  • Joseph Lewarski

    Joseph Lewarski, MHA, RRT, FAARC Senior Vice President, New Product Development, Respiratory

    Joseph Lewarski is the SVP, new product development for respiratory. In this role he is responsible for leading the R&D strategy, engineering, product development and upstream management of the respiratory and sleep categories. Joe has been actively working in healthcare for over 33 years and has held numerous senior management and executive leadership positions in a variety organizations and environments, including acute care, homecare, pharmacy, group purchasing, consulting and medical device companies. Prior to joining Drive, he held executive positions with Invacare Corporation, Inogen, Inc. and was a partner for nearly 14 years with Hytree Pharmacy-Hytech Homecare, a large, regional pharmacy and HME company he and his partners sold to Omnicare. His range of executive experience includes entrepreneurial and private equity funded start-ups to executive positions in large, public Fortune 1000 companies. Joe is a registered respiratory therapist and a Fellow of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC). He holds undergraduate degrees in respiratory therapy and business administration and a master’s degree in healthcare management. Joe has been involved in the design and development of a number of medical devices and has published over three dozen scientific and research papers in clinical peer review journals, as well as numerous clinical and industry related articles and white papers. He is a regular speaker at regional and national pulmonary medicine, respiratory therapy and homecare conferences.

  • Steve Wakser

    Steve Wakser Vice President, Homecare Sales

    Steve Wakser started with Drive in January 2009, with over 10 years of experience in the DME industry running a successful dealership in Ohio. He quickly grew his Michigan territory to top numbers and achieved Rookie of the Year in 2009 and Rep of the Year in 2010, with over $6 million in sales. Continued success led Steve to Regional Vice President of the Southeast in 2012. Mr Wakser achieved 2013, 2014 and 2016 Regional Vice President of the year which led him to his current role as Vice President of Sales of our Homecare division. Mr Wakser holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Kent State University.

  • Senior Vice President of Long Term Care

    Tony CrisitelloSenior Vice President of Long Term Care

    Mr. Crisitello joined Drive Medical in 2014 as Senior Vice President - Long Term Care. He’s responsible for strategic development and growth of this division through both acquisitions and organic growth in North America. Prior to joining Drive Medical, Mr. Crisitello was Co-Founder and President of Next Day Medical, a regional distribution business based in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Crisitello sold this business to McKesson Medical Surgical in 2012, and held various leadership positions in their organization during the two year integration period of Next Day Medical. He holds a degree in marketing from Old Dominion University and has attended several executive level programs at NYU Stern School of Business, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

    Mitchell Yoel Executive Vice President, Business Development

    Mr. Yoel joined Drive Medical in 2009, as EVP of Business Development. Included among his initial responsibilities were Category Management of the Pressure Prevention and Respiratory lines of business, sales force education, and development of customer value-added programs. In 2010, his role expanded to include management of the company's government relations activities, including DME industry advocacy and lobbying. Mr. Yoel has experienced the DME industry from three perspectives: that of a clinician, provider, and manufacturer. He began his career as a Physical Therapist, serving patients for several years at one of New York City's largest acute care facilities, New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He transitioned to the DME provider market as a sales representative and spent the next nine years in sales, sales management and business development roles. During that time, Mr. Yoel was instrumental in building policies and procedures, operations, sales and new business lines specific to Respiratory and Wound Care markets for three large DME Providers. Mr. Yoel is a 1994 graduate of Tufts University, and holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Emory University.

  • David A. Cohon

    David A. Cohon Senior Vice President, Product Management

    Mr. Cohon joined Drive Medical in April 2015, as Senior VP of Product Management. He has two decades of experience and success in the personal care and beauty industries in a variety of cross-functional roles. He recently came from Momentive, a key manufacturer and supplier of raw materials and ingredients to the personal and home care market. He served as the Global Marketing Director & Senior Strategic Commercial Leader for the Personal and Home Care portfolio of products, responsible for developing and executing growth strategies. Prior to Momentive, he served as Director of Global Marketing for several major manufacturers of consumer products across several brands, including Coty, Inc., John Allan’s and The Estée Lauder Companies. Mr. Cohon’s expertise also spans executive positions in the areas of Research and Development, Supply Chain Management and Product Development. At Drive Medical he is responsible for the product lifecycle strategy and new product development programs, across all categories. Mr. Cohon earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, MBA from Dowling College and JD from the Touro Law Center.

    Jim McGuiness Vice President, Retail Sales

    Mr. McGuiness joined Drive Medical in March of 2010. Jim brings over 25 years of executive sales leadership experience from the Consumer Package Goods industry (GSK & Bayer Consumer Healthcare). Jim is a graduate of LSU and currently resides in Dallas, Texas. Jim is responsible for leading the Retail Sales Division for Drive Medical.

  • Kathy Zhang

    Kathy ZhangVice President, Global Sourcing

    Ms. Zhang joined Drive Medical in January of 2016 as Vice President of Global Sourcing. She brings to Drive over 15 years of global strategic sourcing experience, most recently with The Topps Company as the Director of Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing and Logistics. Kathy’s prior experience includes the global brands Dannon, Ingredion, Cytec Industries, and S.C. Johnson, serving as a Strategic Sourcing/Supply Chain leader in each. Ms. Zhang earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomechanical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Rochester’s Simon School.

    Christopher LonghitoVice President, Supply Chain Optimization

    Mr. Longhito joined Drive in 2015 as the Vice President of Supply Chain Optimization. He is responsible for the cross-functional SIOP Demand and Supply Planning processes as well as the purchasing and inbound management of products from our factories around the world. Prior to joining Drive DeVilbiss, Mr. Longhito was the Director of North American Inventory Management for Henry Schein, Inc., a publicly-traded Fortune 500 Company and the world’s largest distributor of healthcare products. Mr. Longhito is a strategic leader who has a proven track record of change management and team development while improving supply chain efficiency through increased service levels and working capital and reduced costs throughout the network.

    Barry Fink Vice President, Purchasing

    Mr. Fink joined the company in 2002. He has been in the Durable Medical Equipment industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Drive Medical, he was a partner in one of the largest wholesale distribution companies of durable medical equipment and replacement parts in the Northeast.

    Kris Sridhar Vice President, Enterprise Applications & IT PMO

    Mr. Kris Sridhar joined Drive Medical in October of 2016. He has 19 years of Information Technology experience with a focus on software engineering, IT management and enabling key business capabilities to support growth and transformation. Prior to joining Drive Kris held leadership roles at Estee Lauder Companies in North America & Asia Pacific. Kris also held technology roles at Walmart, HP and IBM. Kris is currently responsible for setting IT strategy, project portfolio governance and delivery assurance of key enterprise capabilities to support business growth plan. Kris has an MBA, MS in Computer Systems and MS in Finance.

    Rowley Jackson Senior Vice President, Corporate Accounts

    Mr. Jackson has been in the medical products industry for over 25 years and has served in many capacities from managing sales to product development. Mr. Jackson has been with Drive Medical since the beginning. He was the first vendor for Drive, supplying product from a domestic manufacturer where he served as the Executive Vice president. Mr. Jackson joined Drive in January of 2001 to create its initial sales force.

    Will Fraser Vice President, Corporate Accounts

    Mr. Fraser has over 40 years experience in the medical product industry. He started delivering DME equipment for a local dealer while attending high school and college. After graduating college he became a manufactures rep and started Harwil Corp. a distribution company of medical product. In 1998 he sold his distribution company to a publicly traded healthcare company; where he worked for the next 2 years as the manager of the NYC distribution center and Northeast Regional Sales Manager. In 2001 he became a manufacture's rep again where he represented Drive Medical in the NYC Metro area. In 2004 Drive hired Mr. Fraser as their Northeast Regional Sales Manager. In 2006 he was made Vice President of Corporate Accounts.

  • Christopher Cheek

    Christopher Cheek Vice President, Distributor Sales

    Christopher Cheek joined Drive Medical in July of 2014 as Vice President of Distributor Sales through the acquisition of MEDQUIP Inc. He brings with him over 25 years of successful experience within the medical products industry and has specialized in distributor-wholesale partner management for most of his profession. In January 2006, Mr. Cheek joined MEDQUIP shortly after its inception as National Sales Manager and relocated to the company’s headquarters in South Carolina in 2008, where he served as the organization’s Vice President and General Manager. Throughout his career, Mr. Cheek has served in many capacities within the industry including Director of Business Development for a major manufacturer and distributor of orthotic braces, compression hosiery and durable medical equipment. Other positions held include National Sales Manager of a leading Medical Hosiery Manufacturer. Mr. Cheek’s experience within the industry is comprised of an extensive history within the business and has a strong acumen in sales management, marketing, product development, sales training and continuing education.

    Josh Gordon Vice President, Inside Sales, North America

    After graduating from Penn State University in 1999, Joshua Gordon spent several years growing a sales portfolio in recruiting and admissions for the Katharine Gibbs School. Josh joined Drive Medical in 2002 as a Territory Business Manager for the Philadelphia Region. In 2009, Josh took his experience from outside sales and developed a new Inside Sales Department for the company.

    Kirsten Newquist Vice President, Channel Development

    Kirsten joined Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare in July of 2016. Prior to joining Drive, Kirsten has worked in the durable medical supply industry, specializing in online retail and direct-to-consumer marketing. Her 20-year career in the industry includes being a manufacturer’s sales representative, joining the start-up team of a leading online retailer and most recently leading the direct-to-consumer channel for a regional healthcare company. Kirsten has an undergraduate degree from Portland State University and an MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business.

    Francheska Markman Vice President, Customer Service

    Mrs. Markman is a Customer Service and Call Center professional with over 18 years of experience. Most recently, Francheska led and directed a 65-seat Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Departments at Southern Wine and Spirits, a mutli-million dollar national distributor of adult beverages. She has been recognized for her strength in strategic work flow planning, managerial expertise of a fast paced, high volume call center, resourcefulness and commitment to success.

    Matt LawrenceVice President & General Manager of Inspired by Drive

    Mr. Lawrence is the Vice President and General Manager of Inspired by Drive. He joined the company in February of 2016 and is responsible for providing Executive Leadership for all aspects of the company’s pediatric rehabilitation division. Prior to joining Drive, Matt worked for 20 years as an Executive in the financial, consumer goods and healthcare sectors. Most recently, Matt served as the Executive Vice President of SuperCare Health from 2011-2016. He is a graduate of San Jose State University.

    Michael J. Kelly Vice President, Credit & Collections

    Mr. Kelly has served as Vice President of Credit and Collections for Drive Medical since April 2008. Here, he has provided policy & procedures that have significantly improved the day to day operations. Before joining the Drive team, Mr. Kelly served as Director of Credit & Collections for Bellco Drug Corp. a subsidiary of Amerisource Bergen Corporation for 3 years. There Mr. Kelly was responsible for the Credit and Collections of sales of 2.5 billion dollars annually. Prior to joining Bellco Drug Corp., Mr. Kelly spent 4 years as Director of Collections for Advanced Healthcare. Advanced Healthcare was a healthcare company that specialized in Radiology and Cardiology services. He also served as Collection Manager for NY Presbyterian Hospital's outpatient department for 8 years. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Kelly's business activities have been focused largely in the area of healthcare.

    Ryan Mahoney Regional Vice President

    A graduate from University of Dayton and previously working for a homecare provider in the Pittsburgh market, Mr. Mahoney joined Drive Medical in 2009 as a Territory Manager for Western Pennsylvania. With a highly successful territory, Mr. Mahoney earned the 2010 Rookie of the Year award, the 2011 Rep of the year award and was promoted in 2012 to Vice President of Sales for Drive's Midwest division.

    Jason Moskowitz Regional Vice President

    A graduate from The University of Connecticut and previously working for ADP, Mr. Moskowitz joined Drive Medical in 2009 as a Territory Business Manager for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. After growing a highly successful territory, Jason was promoted to Strategic Growth Specialist in 2014, and then to Regional Vice President in 2015 after a successful year in the new role. He is now responsible for five territories in the Northeast, the entire state of California, and Oklahoma. Jason received the 2014 10X Award in recognition of his selfless approach and dedication to Drive’s long term success.

    Steven Diamond National Accounts Manager

    Mr. Diamond joined Drive Medical in September 2003 after Graduating from The Ohio State University. From 2003 to 2006 Mr. Diamond learned the different sides of the business. Mr. Diamond's success in the warehouse led to a customer service promotion and eventually led to the role of territory manager for New York sales. After much success in New York sales Steven took over as Regional Manager for Northeast Sales in late 2006- 2011. Now Steven focuses on our National Retail Accounts as the National Accounts Manager.

  • Vanessa Saltmarsh

    Vanessa SaltmarshRegional Vice President, Respiratory Sales

    Ms. Saltmarsh joined Drive Medical in 2012 as the Director of Respiratory Business Services. In this role, she called on her 16+ years of industry related experience to provide direction and leadership to key accounts. Prior to joining Drive Medical, Ms. Saltmarsh began her career at evo Medical Solutions, where she took on progressively responsible roles in the areas of sales, marketing, and operational management. She has been recognized as a leader in respiratory sales, program development and strategic account management. In August 2015, Ms. Saltmarsh was promoted to Regional Vice President of Respiratory Sales, where she owns responsibility for key account management, training, marketing communications content, and salesforce clinical support for Drive’s respiratory category.

  • Karen Lerner

    Karen A. Lerner, RN, MSN, ATP, CWS Regional Vice President, Pressure Prevention

    Karen is a registered nurse, wound care and rehab specialist with over 25 years of industry experience. She has extensive experience as a public speaker, educating DME providers and clinicians on a variety of topics. Karen’s speaking engagements included testifying before Congress on behalf of the HME industry. Since October 2013, Karen has worked as part of Team Pressure Prevention at Drive Medical. Prior to coming to Drive and for over 10 years, Karen was VP of Clinical Services at a Northeast based DME, responsible for Pressure Prevention, Respiratory and Rehab sales, as well as service and training. Before DME, Karen worked in sales for a hospital equipment and support surface manufacturer. She began her career as a critical care nurse specialist in major teaching hospitals from Florida to NJ. Karen received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her graduate education from the University of Florida.

    Dan O’Malley Regional Vice President, Pressure Prevention Sales

    Mr. O’Malley joined Drive Medical in 2013, as Regional VP of Pressure Prevention Sales in connection with the Company’s acquisition of a national manufacturer of durable medical products. Mr. O’Malley is primarily responsible for the Company’s category sales in Pressure Prevention for the homecare and long term care markets. Mr. O’Malley has 20 years of experience working in the acute care, long term care, and homecare settings in the medical device, rehabilitation, and durable medical equipment industries. More recently, Mr. O’Malley served as the National Sales Manager for Mason Medical Products, a manufacturer of Pressure Prevention products. Mr. O’Malley is a 1995 graduate of the University of Massachusetts.

  • David Pugh

    David Pugh Regional Vice President, Respiratory Sales

    David joined Drive Medical in 2012 as Regional Vice President, Respiratory Sales, bringing 29 years of sales and sales management experience in the home healthcare sector. He began his career with DeVilbiss Healthcare in a sales capacity in 1986. He was subsequently promoted to Regional Sales Manager and then to Sales Director. Through an acquisition in 1996, David joined Sunrise Medical and held various roles including the Director of Respiratory Business Development, Vice President, and finally National Accounts. David joined evo Medical Solutions in 2004 to develop and run their sales organization. He hired and directed sales groups until leaving to join Inspired Technologies in 2008 as Vice President of Sales. During his career at Inspired Technologies, David hired and directed the start up sales group, launched 5 new products in 2 and a half years, and assisted in the development of the SmartDose Auto Adjusting technology. David holds a Business and Marketing Degree from Georgia State University, Atlanta GA.

  • John M. Zelczak

    John M. Zelczak Regional Vice President, Respiratory Sales

    Mr. Zelczak joins Drive Medical as the new Regional V.P. of Respiratory Sales. He has viewed the DME world as a clinician and a provider and now from the manufacturing side. His career began as a Respiratory Therapist in a large Pittsburgh based hospital. He has more than 20 years of experience in critical care, cardiovascular recovery and pulmonary rehabilitation. He transitioned his career into the DME market and has coordinated intensive home care therapy on medically fragile pediatric and adult patients. He has spent the last nine years in DME Sales and as a Respiratory Manager on the provider side. He has achieved market penetration and facilitated key business partnerships during the competitive bidding era. He was instrumental in developing many successful Respiratory Programs, including a COPD Readmission program that led to a preferred provider status with many referrals. Mr. Zelczak is a 1992 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Respiratory Care, is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and a Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist.

    Dave Purdy Senior Director, Sales Training

    Mr. Purdy joined Drive Medical in June 2016. He is a seasoned Sales Training professional with over 18 years of experience managing the sales training function in fast-paced sales organizations. Most recently, Dave directed a training team at MSC Industrial Supply, a multi-billion dollar distributor of Maintenance, Repair, and Operation items. Dave has expertise in developing sales skill and sales management learning programs with a proven track record of increasing profitable sales revenue at both MSC Industrial Supply and Polaroid Corporation. Dave has successfully held direct selling positions at Sysco Food Service earning both Top Sales Performer and Specialist of the Year awards. Mr. Purdy is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

    Jordan Marsh Senior Director, Quality Control

    Mr. Marsh joined Drive Medical in October 2007. He served 4 years in the U.S. Army earning an Army Commendation Medal for his overseas service. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in the medical products industry. This includes 15 years experience as a Director of Operations with NY based Homecare companies and 8 years as a Branch Manager for a leading hospital equipment provider. His responsibilities with Drive Medical have been in Operations, Purchasing & Sales. His current role as Senior Director of Quality Control gives him oversight over all products brought through the supply chain both domestically and internationally.

    Evan Epstein Director, Technical Service

    Mr. Epstein graduated from the University of Denver, Magna Cum Laude. He brings with him 25 years of industry experience. Mr. Epstein has held positions in operation management with Medco Surgical Supply, Hygeia Medical Supply, and Home Care Supply before joining Drive Medical in 2004. Mr. Epstein was highly successful in increasing the base of business in Florida before relocating to NY in 2006. As the territory manager on Long Island Mr. Epstein built strong relationships with his accounts and took the territory to another level. Mr. Epstein has earned the 2005 and 2006 "All Star Sales Award" and the "2006 Salesperson of the Year Award" before becoming the west coast regional vice president of sales in 2007. Mr. Epstein is currently the leader of Drive's technical service department.

    Marie Auguste Director, Materials Planning

    Ms. Auguste joined Drive Medical in 2006 as Purchasing Manager. With over 20 years of experience in international business, Ms Auguste holds a Suny Maritime MBA in International Business and Trade. As a result of her leadership and dedication during the SAP implementation she was named Director or Materials Planning in 2009. Her primary responsibilities are not limited to but include data integrity, forecast and developing demand planning work processes in conjunction with Management & Commodity teams. Prior to joining Drive she held positions as a Production Manger for woven products at GAP International, and Purchasing Manager for Professional Audio products at Samson Technologies.
