We ordered this product from Walmart.com, and it arrived without the screws required to hold the handles in place. Would you prefer that we return the product to Walmart or can you ship a package of screws (4) to us. Thanks

Will this work as a portable, travelling seat? Can I use this on public toilets by just flipping up the attached toilet seat?

Asked by: Jean29
Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. The toilet seat would need to be removed for safety reasons, so this wouldn't be recommended as a portable seat. Why won't the locking mechanism work? It is sooooo tight you can't move it from unlock to lock!! We had to use pliers the last time. This time it won't move at all.
