Customer Questions and Answers

I have recently purchased grey color underarm crutches to help me post operative . I have noticed small black part seems to be fallen close to the crutches when I rest them. I cannot find any place on the crutches where this could have fallen from.

Asked by: Shilpa
All the crutches have them. I suspect it is leftover from the manufacturing process. The piece that I suspect you are talking about resides in the adjustment tube

How do I adjust the height

Asked by: Snuffer
Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Here are instructions on how to adjust the crutches. For maximum fit and assembly, see instructions below: Height: Adjust height by pressing both push-buttons, rotating foot-piece, and pulling down until desired patient height is obtained. To help in doing this, the foot-piece has a circular ring marked to indicate location of push-button. Rotate foot-piece again until both push buttons snap back into place. 2. Handgrip: Adjust handgrip to fit an approximate 10” bend at patient elbow. 3. Safety Check: With crutches positioned per diagram below, confirm patient can lean forward comfortably while resting on the underarm supports. Patient should not have to stand uncomfortably erect. Ensure both push-buttons are firmly in place and handgrip nuts are tightened securely
