10257bl-1 two rear wheels do not hold when they are on the brakes. Brakes are fine but wheels are sliding on the floor. They are bold, tell me please where can I buy replacement. Thank you

Asked by: Gena
Thank you for your inquiry. Brakes will not prevent the wheels from sliding only from turning. If the wheels are turning then they can be adjusted. The following ling will assist you in adjusting the brakes. http://drivetech.info/drive_mobile/page96.html Thank you again Jazmin @ Drive.

how do you adjust the breaks

Asked by: pre 77
Thank you for your inquiry. Always engage and disengage wheel locks on both sides simultaneously. To Slow Down or Come to a Temporary Stop — Pull up slowly on the loop locks with four fingers until unit slows down or comes to a temporary stop. To Temporarily Lock Wheels in Position — Press down on both loop locks with palms until you hear a “click” that will tell you wheels are locked. To Release Wheel Locks — Push up on both loop locks with palms of hand to original position. Thank you again Jazmin @ Drive.

Durable 4 Wheel Rollator with 7.5" Casters is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Documentation needs work This appears to be a great product, but the manual is weak. Assembly is a breeze (no meaningful help from the manual), but I find myself left with 3 black plastic pieces and a strap, which - per another question - is used to help fold it up. No idea where these pieces go or if they were just shipping blocks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I bought my 2nd one for the car Yes, it's a heavier steel walker, but it's built! It's the type of walker you use to go on walks outside. I have one for my truck and one for my wife's car. I have two aluminum (non-rollator) walkers for in-home use. I weigh 280 lbs and it supports me just fine. The two non-rollator aluminum walkers I have, several times, lost my balance. When folded, I use a bungee cord to keep it folded. The folding seaat is very comfortable for me. I Like them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very good but not perfect Bought this for my wife. It's well built, sturdy and will last a long time. One of the better 4 wheelers on the market. However there two things I don't like about this model: 1) When you fold the walker, the basket falls off. 2) It won't stay folded. Although DRIVE provides a plastic block that when folded you are supposed to snap between the two bars under the seat, it is a loose piece, it's awkward, and is easily misplaced (or lost) and it doesn't work very well. I recommend it, just be advised that it isn't perfect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lasted Two Months We got this Rollator for my wife after hip surgery. She only uses it in the house. In 2 months the left rear wheel came apart and ball bearings went every where. I called Lincare where we bought it and they do not carry replacement parts. Said it will be a week to order one. I asked to have a wheel overnighted and was told they don't do that. I was told if I went to Lowes and got a wheel to put on it it would void any warranty. They do not care that my wife has to go a week without getting around. I DO NOT recommend this product or Lincare.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Drive safe and sturdy rollator my drive rollator was delivered to my home and I have not needed any parts for a year now. I found it to be very safe while seated with brakes locked. I would own one again if needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little walking aid I have COPD and this device is great. When I get short of breath, I turn around and have a seat to take a break on!! Love the locking brake!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Durable 4 wheel rollator I love this rollator. It is surprising how it balances me just by holding the handles while I walk. The only problem I had was that it does not lock into place after being folded. However, I read one comment, saying a bungee cord worked. I will follow that advice. Thank you!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NOT THE BEST DESIGN I bought this walker after my stroke. The basket is a pain to deal with when folding the walker for car trips and replacing it. A soft bag style pouch with zipper would work better. Also the wheels have hubs that protrude and seem to get caught on things if you get too close. This could have been designed better. I am 6 foot tall and I find that it would be better if the hand grips were higher. The size would fit a woman better than a man my height. I would recommend spending a little more for their Nitro model.
