I have a Nitro Euro Rollator. I broke the rules and let people push me in it. The right front wheel has bent under the Rollator. Can it be bent back to the right position?  Thanks!

The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement. Thank you again Jazmin @ Drive.

interested in the RTL10266 Nitro Euro Style Walker Rollator. I am 5'4" and I do not want to slooch over. I noticed the Short is 5'2" and under, and the Tall can go up to at least 6'4". Is there something in between the short and tall?

Asked by: Kathy2
Thank you for your inquiry. To determine if a rollator is appropriate for a person verified that the person’s weight is not more than the weight limit. Then measure the person’s wrist to floor and if that measurement is within the adjustment range of the item, then is appropriate. Thank you again Jazmin @ Drive.

How do you determine which height is correct for someone? My mother needs the seat to be a certain height, but she is only 5'5"

Asked by: MaggieS
Thank you for your inquiry. To find out if a rollator is a perfect fit or not, measure your wrist to floor and if that measurement is within the adjustment range of the item, then it will be a good fit. Thank you again Jazmin @ Drive.

Customer Reviews

Nitro Aluminum Rollator, 10" Casters is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Found Freedom! I bought this Walker because I am tired of being invited places I couldn't go. I have Transverse Myelitis which has many of the same symptoms as MS. I have trouble walking due to muscle spasticity in my legs. I use walking poles for work and going out to dinner. However, they are not enough support for uneven ground. I haven't been to the county fair in years because it's all dirt and grass. I tried the Nitro out in my yard and was very pleased with the results. It is very easy to maneuver and I can sit if I get tired. This will be great for shopping as well. I can only carry bags with handles with my poles. I am very happy with this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Drive Nitro Euro Walker I bought this walker in April, 2015. The walker is so easy to use and is very sturdy. Folding is easy and the compact style helps it fit easily in most cars. I constantly get good comments from people about it's style. The large wheels makes the walker roll smoothly and helps it go over bumps easily. Now that I've said that, I'm disappointed with the quality of the front wheel assembly. I've had my walker for 18 months and I do use it daily. After only 18 months, the front wheels are wobbling badly, to the point people on the street tell me my wheels are going to fall off. I expected better quality from from Drive. I called support and was told to use a socket wrench on the front wheel assembly. I did and the wheels are wobbling just as bad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Nascar Walker to be proud to use! I feel like I am a young 65 but my Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis sometimes tells me otherwise! I have had it since 14 and lead my life robustly, ignoring the SRA as much as I could. However, in the last few months I have felt the need to sit down when I have been at festivals or in the mountains or beach. My cane of 3 years does not relieve the uncomforableness of standing for extended periods. After a great deal of research and not wanting to look like every other walker user, I saw Nitro Rollator. I got it 3 days ago and have already referred a friend . No exposed wires to catch on things and it fits into the trunk of my car with ease!!! Next step..find a talented artist to paint Flames on it, as I am a DIE HARD NASCAR FAN!! I will not be slowed down!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good product UNTIL brakes fail Both hand brakes failed within a week of each other after less than one year of use. Company sent replacement brake assemblies, but as you can see from the photo of the device the brake cable is inside a curved handle and is quite difficult to replace. We were unable to do it ourselves, and had to pay a repair person $90 to fix it (as well as having to go without the device for more than two days). I see on company website that other people have had brake failure as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Revolutionary I bought this after giving my old rollator to my brother. Impressed by its design and ease of use, e.g. Push button elevation of height of handles and brake cables all inside frame. Seat is reasonably comfortable. The removable basket isn't as good as my former rollator but necessary for the side to side folding of the nitro. Oversized front wheels a plus too. Just got it and haven't yet put many miles on it but looking forward to a lot of good use out of it. I expect lots of comments about the red sleek frame.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Walker Pros: Very strong, rugged, and durable but most of all very stable! The seat is comfortable and it's very easy to maneuver, no brake cords getting in the way. The front bag is very useful and the whole thing comes assembled when delivered (even from Amazon) Cons: It's heavy, 17 - 18 pounds... for some that's easy, I have ALS and it's hard to left this up over three feet from the ground. They make a composite version that weighs 12 pounds but who can afford that when insurance isn't helping out?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Best Walker I purchased this walker for my husband who has Parkinson's and had knee surgery. It has been the best purchase of equipment I have ever made. It is exactly as described and very reliable. He is the envy of others who have typical walkers. The ease of moving about with this walker is phenomenal!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm the talk of the town! I am about 6'3" and most walkers were not even close to meeting my needs. I had both feet amputated just above the ankle and I am wearing prosthesises. The Nitro tall has 41" handles and are quite comfortable. I tried to find higher but apparently they don't exist. The rollerator style is different and the fire engine red makes it the Caddy of walkers. Everyone compliments me on it. Its easy to fold. The net basket out front is very convenient. The back strap is comfortable. The ten inch wheels up front had me walking over sand, grass and all sorts of uneven pavement. The breaks work well. The only negative is that when sitting on the seat, the high arms make it difficult to stand up and confines me when I'm trying to use the computer. A slightly higher seat would have been appreciated.
