I have this model now and after a few rides on it I am bruised just below the knee as the pad is hard and not really formed for comfort. Any suggestions?

Asked by: Augie
i used it before, I made a small flat pillow for it and attached Velcro straps to the pillow that would wrap around the middle of the set/ knee leg area.

it seems the handle bar and bar can pull up from the base -- how do I tight it and how do I keep the handle bars with the wheels -- they keep going out

Asked by: Carolyn 12
Thank you for your inquiry. For minor adjustment the brake adjuster located on the handbrake can be turned out from the hand brake countercockwise to tighten the brake, or clockwise to loosen the brake. Keep the cable adjuster nut against the hand brake. As you adjust the cable adjuster and the adjuster nut away from each other the brakes will tighten, and as you adjust them closer the brakes will loosen. Should you have any additional questions, Please contact our customer support, toll-free (866) 694-5085 - 8:30 am - 8:00 pm (EST). Thank You again, Jazmin @ Drive.

I am trying to assure that my walker is identified properly. The label clearly says 796 and the bar code reads 14M170402747. The casters on my unit are only 7" not the specified 8". Is this correct for my unit? I also have another more critical problem.

Asked by: Ron796
Thank you for your inquiry. 14M170402747 is the serial number which is a 796 knee walker. The wheel should measure 7.5". Should you have any additional questions, Please contact our customer support, toll-free (866) 694-5085 - 8:30 am - 8:00 pm (EST). Thank You again, Jazmin @ Drive.

How do I fold it up?

Asked by: Carol25
Thank you for your inquiry. To fold the tiller down, release the tiller locking handle (as shown in step 3 of assembly) and slide assembly to the side (as shown in step 2 of assembly) until the tiller is disengaged. Fold the tiller down until it rests on the pad and release the locking mechanism. Thank you again Jazmin @ Drive.

Is there a diagram with instructions regarding adjusting the 764 scooter's brake? Mine doesn't stretch to fit into the hand-brake piece.

Asked by: kathylks
Thank you for your inquiry, these are the assemble instructions for this scooter: For minor adjustment the brake adjuster located on the handbrake can be turned out from the hand brake countercockwise to tighten the brake, or clockwise to loosen the brake. Keep the cable adjuster nut against the hand brake. - If further adjustment is required, apply the same method of adjustment at the lower cable adjuster. - As you adjust the cable adjuster and the adjuster nut away from each other the brakes will tighten, and as you adjust them closer the brakes will loosen. Should you have any additional questions, please contact our customer support, toll-free (866) 694-5085 - 8:30 am - 8:00 pm (EST). Thank You again, Jazmin @ Drive.

I need the nut in the bolt with the hole in it that holds the tension on the brake cable on the lower end of the scooter. It's a bolt where the cable goes through a hole and then a nut tightens it once you've reached the tension you desire.
