What would make the wheelchair turn on and then turn off and not go in motion

Titan chair purchased, 12/2017 has foot platform far too short in length. Tech came back to re-adjust it several times when this sad fact was discovered. Manual has padded leg extensions avail your website does not. What now? what can I do? 5'10  220 lbs

Can Titan be operated manually when is out of power or be placed in neutral?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. The power wheelchair is equipped with manual freewheel levers to maneuver the unit without power. The manual freewheel levers can be engaged or disengaged.
