Titan Power chair My foot rest has always been loose, doesn't stay folded up. Now my home health provider says NO, this is supposed to stay up. But i see no way to tighten it? Help please

Asked by: Marvl333
Thank you for your inquiry. The footplate height can be adjusted by loosening the nut and bolt attaching the footplate to the height adjustment point on the frame of the power wheelchair. Reposition the footplate to the desired height, and securely fasten the nut and bolt back in place. The footplate depth can be adjusted by loosening the nut and bolt attaching the footplate to the frame of the power wheelchair. Reposition the footplate to the desired depth, and securely fasten the nut and bolt back in place. The footplate angle can be adjusted by lifting up on the footplate, and tightening or loosening the bolt under the footplate. Tightening will lower the angle, and loosening will raise the angle of the footplate. Thank you again Jazmin @ Drive.

Titan X23 is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Chair I have had this wheelchair for about 3 months now and I love it. It is pretty comfortable and easy to operate. I have only used the chair in my home so far so it hasn't been trail ridden, lol. I love the maneuverability. It doesn't turn on a dime but with some practice it comes pretty close. I have only had 2 problems with this chair, Two times now the thing just quits working. It will be working fine and I hit the power button and the battery lights flash about 8 times, then it beeps, and stops. I called service and they sent a guy over to change out the batteries. They said I must have let the batteries run dead. The batteries were never off full charge. When he got here he decided there was nothing wrong with the batteries and that the neutral lever must have gotten moved. The chair worked fine. Today once again chair just died and I moved the neutral lever several times, made sure it was fully charged, and kept pushing the power button. Same thing, just blinks and shuts off. I push the power button several times and the wrench started blinking. I checked the manual and it said left brake something or other was not working correctly. I turned the power off and back on again and what do you know. It works fine now. Confused. No one seems to know what the problem is, but it sure is annoying and I can only hope it doesn't happen when I'm on the road. So I gave this chair a 4 because it is not dependable but it gets an A on everything else so far.
