When the tiller is down, what is the width of the scooter.  I need to know if I can fit it in my trunk. Also, do any other parts breakdown for transport and can it be taken on airplanes?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool trike Looking for transportation for my wife has a bum hip Now she can join us with the Zoome3 Bought at camping world in Nevada in Henderson Easily put together only issue was the instruction on the drive shaft Wheel wouldn’t sit right and didn’t turn together , I finally got the instruction online and it showed how to flip that part and find the Allen nut inside.once tighten it works great Drove around in low gear for a week and haven’t gone past half on the charge Only other thing to change is the seat very uncomfortable Could use shock absorbers Would like to add solar charging for when we boon dock How can I do this?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from purchase with care This is the second mobility scooter that I've purchased from Drive Medical! This one lasted just over a year, like the previous scooter! If you need a reliable scooter I would recommend finding a different alternative to Drive Medical! Both of the scooters I purchased from Drive Medical ended up with electrical problems shortly after purchasing. By the end of the year neither scooter worked. Cables are cheap and crimp easily, 2 cables got broken just folding the handles down. FIND SOMETHING ELSE!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not as good as it could be This scooter is great when it doesn't have problems. I got mine on May 12. It was hard to assemble. The instruction manual is of no use, it tells you to put the screw in and shows a picture that doesn't match. After I got it assembled with the help of a friend, I rode it one day and everything came loose. I've had to tighten it up every day because it won't stay tight, I always feel like it is going to fall apart, the seat shakes as well as the handle bars. I've had to take it to a bike shop to have the handle bars tightened 3 times. Now the guys at the bike shop tell me the "fork" is stripped and I need it replaced. If not it will break. I had a blow out because the bolts on the back tire fell out. The tire fell apart and i had to push it home. The company sent me a replacement tire which was a cheap spare that made horrible cracking sounds as it wobbled. I had to have someone change the tube to put it in the original tire, I just got off the phone with Drive support because I need a new fork for it and they have it on back order until July. They suggested I call Amazon for a new scooter. Now they tell me to use locktite on the handlebars and they are not replacing the fork. I had a second blow out tonight. overall, it is a no go on hills, comes to a complete stop on the slightest incline. You have to lean forward to get it to start moving. But when you stop you have to lean backwards to avoid flipping it. The basket ripped the first time I put anything in it. It pulls to either side if you take your hand off the handle bars. Make sure you turn it off before you get off because it is easy for it to zoome away and you will fall. It is heavy to push and it doesn't fold down so transporting is difficult if not impossible. Stores will call it a bike and tell you it's not allowed. I got a letter from the PD saying it is a wheelchair and can be used as such. I would have really loved it if there weren't so many problems. Maybe a replacement will be better, but I doubt it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with the product This scooter appears to be substantial and well made. It gives a smooth ride and the throttle is responsive, it also goes a decent speed. I didn't find the manual very helpful, it doesn't tell you basic things, like how to switch the headlight on (a turn of the key) . My one critism I think a person familiar with the product should assemble the scooter and test it out for you to make sure everything works as it should. An hour's training would go a long way towards customer satisfaction.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great ride I bought this scooter after I fell and broke my shoulder and now use it regularly when I have to walk a lot....I have had many people from all over that stopped me to look it over...I just went to Disney World 3 times this last month and I could have sold it over and over lol...I have 2 of them. Comes in handy for a friend to use when they travel with us.
