is there a manual way to open scooter if FOB fails

Thank you for your inquiry. Automatic Folding & Unfolding: Your scooter will fold and unfold automatically by pressing either the “O” for open or “C” for close on the keyless remote included with your scooter. Folding & Unfolding Switch: There is a switch located on the back of the scooter that will also fold and unfold the scooter automatically by either pressing the “I” or “II” in the event your keyless remote battery dies. How there is no video to demonstrate how the Zoome auto flex scooter works?
