Job Purpose: To develop new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new programs and sales strategies. Our company has an immediate need for a Inside Sales professional who is self-driven and loves to achieve! Candidates with past sales experience as well as fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

What you’ll do:

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients

• Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.

• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.

• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. • Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.

• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments, and cold calling.

• Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.

• Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

• Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with our organization by selling our products and services.

• Initiate and develop a strong relationship with companies.

• Determine customers' needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.

• Give online demonstrations to clients in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.

• Manage growth of new business by transitioning them to be loyal customers.

What is Required:  • A strong history of executing full life cycle sales over the phone • Ambition to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth sales culture • A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach • The ability to learn quickly • A stellar work ethic and history of being a self-starter • 2+ years SAP experience is preferred • Must have own reliable vehicle, 10-20% travelling PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must possess sight/hearing senses, or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met. Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders and lifting up to 40lbs. Must be able to drive an automobile for short and long distances. • Must be able to sit at a desk, speak on the phone and type for long periods of time. • WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Performs office activities in a lighted and ventilated area. Will work in a normally acceptable office environment, with no abnormal hazards or risks.
