Territory Sales Representative

Description

This role will create demand and close sales for Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare’s Sleep, Respiratory and DME products at the clinical and business call points within the VA and Government accounts. Retain and grow existing business while developing a new business pipeline and closing sales to exceed sales goals. This position requires experience in a fast paced demanding growth environment where multi-state travel was required to work closely with customers.

Requirements

  • Results oriented sales leader that can persuade others through good consultative selling techniques
  • Proven performance with selling clinical capital equipment to physicians, nursing and therapists
  • Experience with working in multi-level sales environments that have matrix decision making processes like Hospitals, Long Term Care and National Accounts
  • Knowledge of purchasing and contracting processes ideally in the government
  • Accountable, self-motivated and coachable
  • Persistence and energy in leading change within an organization that prefers status quo
  • Experience working from a Challenger position within a motivated growth organization
  • Account management experience with developing short and long term business plans

Education and Experience:                                                                                        

  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven sales expertise and results in the clinical and business environments of the Sleep, Respiratory or clinical capital equipment within the Hospital/Long Term Care/VA / government environments.
  • Multi-level sales experience and account management responsibilities
  • Managed multi-state territory with a minimum of 50% air travel requirement
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
  • Proficient with working with software programs like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
