Description

Work as part of a team having responsibility for product assessment, diagnosis of returned products, compliance to the quality management system and communication of test results and status. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Process product returns in accordance with Quality Management Systems’ processes • Accurately determine the reason for the returned unit failure • Detail failure information in system documents. • Reading written instructions. • Packaging products. • Testing of the medical devices by measuring pressure/flow with air. • Cross-trained to have the ability to repair different Product Lines. • Proficient with PLEX System production and DHR entries. • Other duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the individually is regularly required stand; walk; sit. Uses fingers or tools to perform one or more repetitive assembly operations to repair lightweight medical products. Ability to lift 25 lbs. repetitively WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Work performed in a combination of shop and office environments. • Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes and oils.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS: • Working Knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies • Working knowledge of electronics repair • Working knowledge of test and measurement equipment • Computer skills: o Proficient with MS Word o Proficient with MS Excel • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment • Strong attention to details EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • High School Diploma or DEG and/or Technical certificate. • One or two years of manufacturing experience. • One year or more of experience in a fast-paced production or assembly position or comparable technical experience. • Proficient understanding of written and verbal English
