Your Mission:

Our Regional Sales Managers fuel the engine to our success at Drive. Our Long-Term Care Segment brings life-changing solutions to the people who use our products and you will play the critical role that links us to the customers that deliver those products to the end users. You will lead and manage the go-to-market strategy for our LTC segment both with our current key partners as well as existing and new customers. A high-touch customer experience is where we excel and how we differentiate ourselves. You’ll help us achieve that goal by being the face of Drive and building customer relationships with your personal involvement in our California, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Nevada territory.

Main Activities:

  • Provide quality leadership for external customers in all assigned tasks, with the highest integrity inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
  • Achieve the revenue and profitability quotas for your Region
  • Create a strategy to grow your region every year while driving profitability for Drive and improving the lives of more end users
  • Direct the selling activities within your Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer relationship building.
  • Create and execute strong communication plans horizontally, vertically, and externally as necessary.
  • Gather, analyze and develop strategies concerning dynamics that may affect the LTC segment, such as changes in customer ownership, new affiliations, current market share and targets of opportunities for new growth, customers' changing requirements, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and continually communicate these strategies internally within the team.
  • Must be willing to travel and work extended hours, doing what it takes to implement the LTC segment strategy and meet sales objectives.
  • Reporting new product opportunities or Business trends within the Long-Term Care market
  • Manage operational activities such as Salesforce.com

Requirements

Your Competencies:

  • Growing new services or products from launch to market success
  • Service/product leadership across the executive, segment and cross-functional teams, as well as in the marketplace
  • Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated consistent tenacity and drive to achieve goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business planning, competitive awareness and organizational skills

Your Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Territory Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
