Is the current picture shown, of the Nitro HD Rollator, the most up-to-date picture? As several websites show different pictures of this Rollator...some without the red spring, some with the 10" wheel fixing bar showing as a rod instead of a flat bar.

Asked by: Jo_7
Hi, Thank you for the inquiry, The one on the Drive Medical website is correct. Hope this helps, thank you again, Mayra @ Drive

Does the Nitro HAD rollator fit through a standard door? What is the width of the complete unit?

Asked by: Herkabakers
If your door only swings 90 degrees and not 180, be sure to take the door's thickness into account. When there is a job carrying things in and out a certain room, I take the door off to get through without partially folding the rollator.

Do the sides of this rollator stay parallel as it is being collapsed? Have another's product which closes at top faster / sooner than at bottom.

Asked by: Starbound
No, the distance between right and left wheels narrows faster at first. The handles catch up, and the sides finish parallel, top and bottom. (I prefer this greatly to the way the expensive Swedish imitation works.)

I bought a red rollator from WalMart and I think it is great. It does not have a Safety Bow as described in the manual. Is this because of the model I bought or did it get lost. Can I get one?

Asked by: Bobli
My belief: The spring latch (red on black model) that now serves to keep the unit in closed/folded state is better than the bow...

How do I heighten the handles? I don't see the push button referred to in the instructions.

Asked by: Lunah
Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Press the red release buttons for handgrips below, and pull the handgrip upwards at the same time. As the handle moves, release the button. This automatically locks in the next possible height. Repeat this process until the desired height is reached. Hope this helps! Mayra @ Drive Item #: 10266HD-BR; Nitro HD Rollator

Customer Reviews

Nitro HD Rollator is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from a waker that fits the size of me I bought this walker as most models do not cater for the obese client, and standard sized seats dig into the hips when seated. This HD Nitro was fantastic and comfortable.
