Derek Lampert

A graduate from The Ohio State University and previously working for Golden Technologies, Mr. Lampert joined Drive Medical in 2003 as a Territory Manager for Ohio, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. With a highly successful territory, Mr. Lampert earned the 2005 All Star Award and the 2005 MVP Award before becoming the Midwest Regional Vice President in 2006. With the success of the Midwest region, Mr. Lampert has earned the 2006 Coach of the Year Award and the 2009 MVP Award along with the 2010 & 2011 RVP of the year award. In 2012 he was promoted to Vice President of Sales for Drive's Homecare division. Mr. Lampert was promoted to Senior Vice President, Homecare & Customer Experience, North America in 2017 and then to Senior Vice President/General Manager, Global Business - Homecare & Mobility in 2018. In early 2020, Mr. Lampert was moved into the role of Executive Vice President, Supply Chain & Homecare Business Unit and later that year was again promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer - North America. While earning multiple promotions in 2020 Derek graduated with an MBA from Strayer University, Jack Welch Institute. Mr. Lampert’s success within the organization earned him the role of President in October of the same year.
Jeffrey Schwartz

Jeffrey Schwartz
Mr. Schwartz is a principal founder of the Company. He served as the Vice President of Sales of Diamond Medical and National Healthcare from 1987 until 1992. Following the sale to a publicly traded healthcare company, Mr. Schwartz served as the Vice President of Sales of such public company until 1996. In 1996, Mr. Schwartz formed Jofra Enterprises, Inc., a distributor of medical products, located in Mt. Vernon, New York, which was subsequently acquired by a publicly traded healthcare company in 1998. Mr. Schwartz served as the Executive Vice President of Sales of the publicly traded healthcare company from 1998 through 2000.
Nora Coleman

Nora Coleman
Ms. Coleman joined Drive in July 2017, and brings to the Company 15 years of experience representing and advising national and international manufacturers, distributors and retailers of medical devices, as well as a wide range of other regulated and non-regulated products, in product liability litigation, commercial litigation, and general business matters. She spent her early legal career at a prominent international law firm before becoming a founding partner in a boutique firm dedicated to defending and advising manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Prior to joining Drive, she represented the Company in product liability litigation for nearly 10 years, and served as outside National Counsel for Drive from 2014 to 2017, overseeing the Company’s strategic approach to defense. Ms. Coleman is a graduate of the Cardozo School of Law, and the University of Michigan. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.
Joe Massaro

Joe Massaro
Mr. Massaro joined Drive in 2017 as Senior Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis and brings with him over 20 years of executive leadership at billion dollar global organizations. His wide ranging experiences include finance, operations, organizational design, business development and leadership. Prior to joining team Drive, he was most recently a CFO at Honeywell Inc., a $40 billion Fortune 100 global industrial company where he was responsible for the ADI North America business, a profitable $2 billion market leader of wholesale distribution for Security and Fire Products. Prior to Honeywell he spent 13 years at Henry Schein, Inc., a $10 billion Fortune 500 global leader of healthcare products where he held various positions with increasing responsibility leading to Director of Global Services Finance FP&A. He has also held roles of increasing responsibility at Xerox and Hydrogenics, a division of General Motors, both Fortune 100 companies. He currently is an adjunct professor of Statistical Applications in Health Care at the State University of New York Stony Brook in the Health Sciences Center. Joe holds advanced degrees in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s.
William Cerniglia

Mr. Cerniglia joined Drive Medical in June 2006. He has twenty years of information technology experience with a focus on systems implementation and leveraging technology to achieve business transformation. Previously, Mr. Cerniglia worked for Win-Holt equipment group, a global manufacturing and distribution company, where he spent eight years implementing ERP systems and deploying LEAN methodologies for manufacturing and distribution processes.
Carole De Mayo

Ms. De Mayo joined Drive in 2019 and has a 25-year history of senior HR leadership roles across both private and publicly held companies, ranging in size from $500M to $8B of annual revenues. Through this experience she has built deep functional expertise with a demonstrated history of leading cultural change and alignment of HR and business strategy. Prior to joining Drive, Ms. De Mayo was CHRO at First Quality Enterprises, a privately held consumer products manufacturing company. Before First Quality, Ms. De Mayo held CHRO roles at Sealed Air Corporation, an $8B publicly held Fortune 500 global packaging, cleaning and hygiene company; Aptuit, Inc., a private equity backed drug development company, and Henry Schein, a Fortune 500, $10 billion global leader in healthcare products. Ms. De Mayo holds a B.S. in Management from St. Joseph’s University.
Joseph Lewarski, MHA, RRT, FAARC

Joseph Lewarski
Joseph Lewarski is the SVP, new product development for respiratory. In this role he is responsible for leading the R&D strategy, engineering, product development and upstream management of the respiratory and sleep categories. Joe has been actively working in healthcare for over 33 years and has held numerous senior management and executive leadership positions in a variety organizations and environments, including acute care, homecare, pharmacy, group purchasing, consulting and medical device companies. Prior to joining Drive, he held executive positions with Invacare Corporation, Inogen, Inc. and was a partner for nearly 14 years with Hytree Pharmacy-Hytech Homecare, a large, regional pharmacy and HME company he and his partners sold to Omnicare. His range of executive experience includes entrepreneurial and private equity funded start-ups to executive positions in large, public Fortune 1000 companies. Joe is a registered respiratory therapist and a Fellow of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC). He holds undergraduate degrees in respiratory therapy and business administration and a master’s degree in healthcare management. Joe has been involved in the design and development of a number of medical devices and has published over three dozen scientific and research papers in clinical peer review journals, as well as numerous clinical and industry related articles and white papers. He is a regular speaker at regional and national pulmonary medicine, respiratory therapy and homecare conferences.
