A graduate from The Ohio State University and previously working for Golden Technologies, Mr. Lampert joined Drive Medical in 2003 as a Territory Manager for Ohio, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. With a highly successful territory, Mr. Lampert earned the 2005 All Star Award and the 2005 MVP Award before becoming the Midwest Regional Vice President in 2006. With the success of the Midwest region, Mr. Lampert has earned the 2006 Coach of the Year Award and the 2009 MVP Award along with the 2010 & 2011 RVP of the year award. In 2012 he was promoted to Vice President of Sales for Drive's Homecare division. Mr. Lampert was promoted to Senior Vice President, Homecare & Customer Experience, North America in 2017 and then to Senior Vice President/General Manager, Global Business - Homecare & Mobility in 2018. In early 2020, Mr. Lampert was moved into the role of Executive Vice President, Supply Chain & Homecare Business Unit and later that year was again promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer - North America. While earning multiple promotions in 2020 Derek graduated with an MBA from Strayer University, Jack Welch Institute. Mr. Lampert’s success within the organization earned him the role of President in October of the same year.

Mr. Crisitello joined Drive Medical in 2014 as Senior Vice President - Long Term Care. He has successfully grown business organically and through strategic acquisitions in North America. In January 2022, Mr. Crisitello was promoted to Chief Customer Officer, North America with responsibility for all commercial operations.
Prior to joining Drive Medical, Mr. Crisitello was Co-Founder and President of Next Day Medical, a regional distribution business based in Baltimore. Mr. Crisitello sold this business to McKesson Medical Surgical in 2012 and held various leadership positions in the organization during the two-year integration period of Next Day Medical. He holds a degree in marketing from Old Dominion University and has attended several executive level programs at the NYU Stern School of Business, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Dave Ferrell began his career in manufacturing in 1999 at General Electric, where he first worked as a member of the Steam Turbine/Generator manufacturing team in Schenectady, NY. In 2001, he relocated to Pensacola, FL to support the start-up of the business’s new generator manufacturing operation. Ferrell earned his Black Belt certification in 2002 and in 2003, he became a Quality Leader for the Service Shops organization in Atlanta, GA. In 2005, Dave was named the plant manager for the Ft. Edward, NY plant. In 2010, he was named both the Global Operation Manager and Manager for the Design & Development Shops of the GE Global Research Center in Niskayuna, New York and all nine other locations throughout the world. In 2015, Dave was named Plant Manager & Controls Global Supply Chain Leader at the GE Power Automation & Controls manufacturing site in Salem, VA.
Ferrell retired from GE in June 2019 due to the closing of the Salem, VA. Prior to joining GE, Dave served 13 years on active duty as a U.S. Army Infantryman and U.S. Special Forces officer. Concurrent to joining GE, Dave joined the National Guard where he served an additional nine years. Dave retired from the Army in 2008 as a Lieutenant Colonel with 22 years of service.
Ferrell earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Ohio University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland. He is an avid reader and enjoys working on home improvement projects in his spare time.

A graduate as European Business Management from FH Worms/Germany and Université Paris XII, Créteil, France. Mr. Niemann brings to Drive Medical over 25 years of Medical industry experience and Business Leadership. Mr. Niemann joined DeVilbiss Healthcare in 1997 as Product Manager when DeVilbiss was part of the Sunrise Medical Group. He quickly became Business Unit Director for the German DeVilbiss entity. He was promoted to Vice President when leading the European DeVilbiss business into one International operation including worldwide commercial activities outside of North and South America. Between 2003 and 2006 he got further assigned to a 3 years expatriate experience to work and live in Birmingham/England. At the time of Spin off from Sunrise Medical in 2009 Mr. Niemann was moved into the Executive role of Managing Director for the entities in Germany, France and UK. Following the acquisition event by Drive Medical taking over DeVilbiss Healthcare in 2015 Mr. Niemann joined the Drive DeVilbiss Corporation. He played an integral role streamlining the various International Sales activities for the entire Drive DeVilbiss product portfolio. Since 2018 when Mr. Niemann earned in addition responsibility as Managing Director for Drivemedical GmbH in Isny/Germany, the focus is on continued earnings improvement merging business functions by always keeping focus on the customer.
