Drive Medical is pleased to announce that Roger Parker joined Drive Medical on August 31 as EVP, Chief People Officer.
Parker will lead the company's global people strategy and partner with the executive team to support continued growth, strengthen organizational capability, and create an environment where people can do their best work.
Parker brings 20 years of human resources and business experience across global, publicly traded, and private-equity-backed organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Dexter, where he led all aspects of the company's people strategy and HR function. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Eastman Chemical Company, Phillips 66, and The Dow Chemical Company.
Throughout his career, Parker has focused on helping organizations navigate change, develop strong leaders, build effective teams, and connect people strategy directly to business priorities. His approach combines long-term thinking with practical, hands-on execution. He is especially passionate about organizational effectiveness, talent development, technology, and the evolving role of AI in the workplace.
